Statement of Faith

We believe the Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, was crucified, dead, buried, resurrected and ascended into heaven.

We believe in one God and is comprised of three separate and distinct personalities, The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit, who are eternally self-existent, self-revealed and function as one entity.

o   John 1:1-5, 10-14, Matthew 28:18-20

We believe the bible is the inspired Word of God, a revelation from God to man, infallible guide for our lives, and everlasting rule of faith and conduct, and is superior to conscience and reason.

o   II Timothy 3:15-17, I Peter 1:23-25, Hebrews 4:12

We believe in personal salvation of believers through the shed blood of Jesus Christ and the new birth produces eternal life. (Romans 10: 8-10). The inward evidence to the believer of his salvation is the direct witness of the Spirit. (Romans 8:16; I John 3:18-19, 24)  The outward evidence to all men is a life of righteousness and true holiness. “You will know them by their fruits.” (Matthew 7:16-20)  Salvation is by faith in Jesus Christ and not by human works; however, our works will determine the rewards in eternity. (Ephesians 2:8-10; Galatians 2:16; II Corinthians 5:10)

We believe in divine healing through faith in the Name of Jesus Christ and that healing is included in the redemption, and healing is God’s will for everyone

o   Psalms 103:3, Acts 10:38

We believe in water baptism by immersion, after one has received salvation

o   Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4; Acts 10:47-48

We believe in the baptism of Holy Spirit is a gift from God promised to all who have received salvation and is evidenced with speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance and by the subsequent manifestation of spiritual power in public testimony and service.

o   Acts 2:4; 10:44-46; 19:2, 6; 1:8; Galatians 5:16-26

We believe in the Christian’s hope- the soon coming, personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ

o   I Corinthians 15: 51-52, I Thessalonians 4:16-17

We believe God instituted marriage between a male and a female as the foundation of the family. Genesis 2:24 God has commanded that no intimate sexual activity be engaged other than in the context of marriage between a man and a woman. (Genesis 19:5, 26:811; Leviticus 18:130; Romans 1:2629: 1 Corinthians 5:1, 6:9; 1 Thessalonians 4:18; Hebrews 13:4.

We believe in total prosperity is God’s will for the believer: spiritual, physical, mental, and financial. Tithing and giving is part of the Christian life

o   III John 2, Romans 12:2, I Peter 2:24, Malachi 3:10-11, Deuteronomy 28:1-14, Philippians 4:19
